I am fedup
with illegal immigration. If you are here illegally you must go
home and re-enter in a proper fashion. Once here you must
assimilate into our american society. People of all
nationalities arrive here and then they go about setting up
little mexicos, little chinas, little russias, this must stop.
If you do not want to be an american then stay home. Our
forefathers fought to make this the country it is. You are
coming here destroying it. It must stop. I undertsand the desire
to make a better life for oneself. You can do that in your
country. The entire world can not be american.
This is an english speaking
country. Immigrants should have to learn english before their
trip is planned. If I take a trip to another country will I have
to learn the language and customs? The answer is yes. All
immigrants to the United States of America should have to prove
proficiency in english. There should be no documents in any
language other than english. More to follow.
Mexican soldiers are
crossing our southern border.
This story broke today on
The Andrew Wilkow show on the heels of the Associated Press story
that I have included below the video. It is something that the
mainstream media just doesn't cover. And even mainstream
conservative talk show host will not cover. It has been occurring
for many years. There is more, much more to the story. All I can
tell you is the facts will eventually be known to the general public. The interesting part
to me is the weapons displayed. Some would say they are better armed
than our infantry. This explains why the border patrol feels
outgunned.
Mexican Soldiers Cross the Border Into America
By Rizzuto
Thu Aug 07, 2008 - On the heals of
this story of
about the Mexican military crossing over the border and detaining
American border patrol agents the other day, we've gotten ahold of
some exclusive video from an anonymous film maker showing that these
incursions happen fairly regularly. He has asked to remain anonymous
because he is still working on a larger documentary which includes
this footage.
This exclusive footage was taken in an area known to be a crossing
for drug smugglers and was being patroled by a civilian border watch
organization. Off duty Mexican military are often used to provide
security for drug smugglers.
Mexican soldiers enter
Arizona, hold agent briefly
By ARTHUR
H. ROTSTEIN –
TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Four
Mexican soldiers crossed into Arizona and held a U.S. Border Patrol
agent at gunpoint before realizing where they were and returning to
Mexico, federal authorities said Wednesday.
The confrontation occurred
early Sunday on the Tohono O'odham Indian Reservation, about 85
miles southwest of Tucson, in an area fenced only with barbed wire,
said Dove Crawford, a spokeswoman for the Border Patrol.
The soldiers, outfitted in
desert camouflage, pointed their rifles at the agent and shouted at
him not to move, Crawford said. They lowered their weapons after
about four minutes when the agent convinced them of who he was and
where they were, she said. The soldiers then retreated into Mexico.
The Mexican government has
sent soldiers north along sections of the border in efforts to tamp
down drug-related violence.
State Department spokesman
Gonzalo Gallegos in Washington said the encounter "stemmed from a
momentary misunderstanding as to the exact location of the
U.S.-Mexican border."
Portions of the Tohono
O'odham reservation's 75-mile border with Mexico have been
reinforced with vehicle barriers or other fencing to keep out
illegal immigrants and drug smugglers. But other areas on the
reservation and other stretches of border either have only barbed
wire or no markers at all, making it hard to distinguish the
boundary.
"There are places where
there are no markers, at least not easily found," said Lloyd
Easterling, a Border Patrol spokesman in Washington. "There's no
line painted in the sand or anything like that."
He added: "We're working
with the Mexican government to make sure that this doesn't happen
again. This can't be happening."
Mexican Embassy spokesman
Ricardo Alday in Washington said in a statement that both countries
are investigating.
"It seems that there are
dissimilar versions of what happened, and both countries are trying
to clarify it together," Alday said.
"Law enforcement operations
have led, from time to time, to innocent incursions by both U.S. and
Mexican law enforcement personnel and military units into the
territory of both nations, and in particular along the
non-demarcated areas of our border," he said.
T.J. Bonner, president of
the National Border Patrol Council, the union for Border Patrol
agents, said the incursions have created a disturbing pattern.
Bonner said there have been
at least a half-dozen situations in recent years in which Mexican
soldiers have entered U.S. territory and shot at Border Patrol
agents.
"It's a minor miracle that
none of our agents have been killed or seriously injured," he said.
"It's inexcusable to not
know where the border is" when military units have global
positioning capabilities, Bonner said.
The instances in which the
Border Patrol strays into Mexico are few and far between, Bonner
said.
And "we have no incursions
with Canada," he added. "Absolutely none."
Did you know that Mexico
has a law that requires employers to verify the legal status of
employees; like the United States; but the question is do they not
enforce it like our present administration?
According to Dr. Know
writes in
NewsVine, January 20th, 2008 …
… The buzz has been that
most of the illegal immigrants in Arizona are going to leave. They
either will go to a more friendly and tolerant state or return to
Mexico.
Mexico now says it does not want the illegals Mexican immigrants in
Arizona back in Mexico. The Mexican government says they will be too
big a burden on their government for services like food, housing,
education and medical care. If, as many claim, these people
contribute a lot to the US will they not make the same contribution
in Mexico?
Every one of Mexico’s 31 states requires foreign residents to hold a
valid visa in order to get a Mexican drivers license. … The Mexican
government stops immigrants from Central America in a very vigorous
way.
From the Reglamento de lay Ley General de Poblacion (General Law on
Population) in Spanish dated Abril 14 de 2000 Capitulo Quinto –
Migration Seccion 1:
Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican
society; Foreigners are admitted into Mexico ‘according to their
possibilities of contributing to national progress’.
Immigration officials must “ensure” that “immigrants will be useful
elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for
their sustenance” and for their dependents.
Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets
“the equilibrium of the national demographics,” when foreigners are
deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” when they do
not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have
broken Mexican laws, and when “they are not found to be physically
or mentally healthy.”
The Secretary of Governance may “suspend or prohibit the admission
of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.”
Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the
country:
Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal
immigration authorities upon request to assist in the arrests of
illegal immigrants.
A National Population Registry keeps track of “every single
individual who comprises the population of the country,” and
verified each individual’s identity. A national Catalog of
Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants and assigns each
individual with a unique tracking number.
Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false
pretenses, may be Imprisoned. Foreigners with fake immigration
papers may be fined or imprisoned.
Foreigners who sign government documents “with a signature that is
false or different is subject to fine and imprisonment.
Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported,
and/or imprisoned as Felons. Foreigners who fail to obey a
deportation order are to be punished.
Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the
country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years.
Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced up
to six years in prison. Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of
their visa while in Mexico – such as working without a permit – can
also be imprisoned.
Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law
on Population States …
“A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred
to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters
the country illegally.”
The Mexican government has protested the passage and enforcement of
the same laws in the USA. Is this ethically right? Is this not a bit
hypocritical?
We need to take a hard look
at the candidates who are running for the presidency in the US – and
do this at the primary voting. We need to only vote for those who
are strong on immigration law enforcement, setting up a program to
arrest and deport illegal immigrants, fine heavily for each illegal
worker the employer who employs them and stop the cities of various
states that are sheltering illegal immigrants – creating a safe
haven. My guess that the Arizona Mexican illegal immigrants will not
be going back to Mexico, instead they will find new places in
America to live and work.
In related news by
Sheryl Kornman,
Tucson Citizen,
January 16th 2008 …
A delegation of
nine state legislators from Sonora was in Tucson on Tuesday to say
Arizona’s new employer sanctions law will have a devastating effect
on the Mexican state. … The law, which took effect Jan. 1, punishes
employers who knowingly hire individuals who don’t have valid legal
documents to work in the United States. Penalties include suspension
or loss of a business license. Its intent is to eliminate or curtail
the top draw for immigrants to this country – jobs. …
“How can they pass a law like this?” asked Mexican Rep.
Leticia Amparano Gamez,
who represents
Nogales.
“There is not one person living in Sonora who does not have a friend
or relative working in Arizona,” she said in Spanish. “Mexico is not
prepared for this, for the tremendous problems” it will face as more
and more Mexicans working in Arizona and sending money to their
families return to hometowns in Sonora without jobs, she said. …
Now we can see why this is one
sided. Mexico is reaping the profits of illegal immigrants coming to
America and sending home US dollars. They do not want to have the
burden of those unemployed Mexican citizens, but don’t mind that many
of them are illegally collecting social benefits here in the United
States. What kind of neighboring nation is Mexico anyway? The answer
can be found during the course of its history. In World War II,
Nazi German operatives worked and operated from
Mexico. Today, the FBI has found that
terrorist organizers that want to set up or join cells in America come
through Mexico. There have been border incidents concerning uniformed
Mexicans firing on Americans.
And check out this story:
Invading
Mexicans Run Over, Kill BP Agent: Where Are the Marines?
By John W.
Lillpop
In one of the most blatant and outrageous acts in the undeclared
war that Mexico is waging against
America,
Mexican invaders ran down and killed a brave Border Patrol agent
who was simply doing his job at the Yuma Sector.
Repeat: Mexican invaders ran down and killed a BP agent and then
raced back across the border into Mexico.
Under better times, American could count on the president to
respond immediately against the offending nation with a formal
protest, and perhaps even military action.
Unfortunately,
these are not good times when it comes to America's homeland
security. That is so because we are encumbered with a retarded
alcoholic in the Oval Office, a president who will spend as much
as $2 trillion fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, but who will
do next to nothing to secure our own borders.
If our president were not on the payroll of the Mexican
government, he would have immediately sent the U.S. Marines to
seal off the border. The Pentagon would have been ordered to
develop plans for invading Mexico City and taking control of the
Mexican government.
The clear objective would have been to end the unlawful invasion
of America by driving the Mexican border southward. Within ten
feet of Guatemala would have been the goal.
So what did Dubya do in response to the latest deadly attack on
the U.S. Border patrol by Mexico? He sent in Michael Chertoff,
alleged to be Director of Homeland Security.
Chertoff made the following comment, in part:
"Earlier today the Border Patrol lost a brave agent assigned to
the Yuma Sector in a heinous act of violence. The agent was struck
and killed while attempting to stop two vehicles believed to have
illegally entered the country and were absconding back into
Mexico.
"I am outraged by this tragic loss. I have spoken to the Mexican
ambassador who gives me both his condolences and deep assurance
that their government will be resolute in tracking down the
perpetrators, and bringing them to swift justice.
"I'm insisting that the full force of the law be used in this
investigation. Our Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are
already on scene assisting the Border Patrol and the Federal
Bureau of Investigation in this effort."
And on and on and on and on, Chertoff followed the PC script
written to coddle the outlaw renegades who run the Mexican
government.
If America had a responsible, sane, and intelligent
commander-in-chief, that leader would have issued a statement
something like this:
"Earlier today, Mexico continued its assault on America
when a brave Border Patrol agent was run down and killed by
invading criminals from Mexico.
"I have just finished speaking on the telephone with Mexican
President Felipe Calderon and have advised him that we regard this
latest incident as an act of war against the sovereign nation of
America.
"I further advised President Calderon that Mexico has 24 hours in
which to apprehend the killers and return them to America for
prosecution. In the event that Mexico fails to meet this deadline,
American special forces will be sent into Mexico to search down
and arrest the criminals.
"President Calderon has also been informed that unless his
government takes immediate action to prevent Mexican citizens from
invading America, I shall reassign 75,000 troops from the middle
east to the U.S.-Mexico border. These forces shall be ordered to
use whatever force, including lethal, necessary to stop Mexican
criminals from invading America.
"Finally, I warned the president that if Mexico is ultimately
unable to control its population, American forces may, at my
discretion, be sent into Mexico to take control of the Mexican
government.
"I urge all Americans to remain calm and rest assured that your
government is doing all we can to protect America from foreign
invasion. That is our constitutional responsibility and we shall
fulfill that obligation, with military force if need be.
Good night and God Bless America, and to hell with Mexico!"
Wonder what the odds are of Dubya uttering those words?
John W. Lillpop is a recovering liberal

Well, if the Border Patrol
officer had stopped the vehicles and had used his firearm – he
probably would have been sitting in federal prison along with Ramos
and Compean. We don’t put up with this crap in Iraq and Afghanistan –
why should we in our homeland?
While Mr. Lillpop is a bit
extreme in his comments, he certainly has the correct attitude that
our government should be taking. This certainly is not the first
incident, although this may be the first time in a long time that a
Border Patrol officer was killed.
Now tell me this isn’t an
invasion? Tell me that the Mexican government hasn’t for at least ten
years encouraging their people to come here illegally? And tell me why
this isn’t a big issue on the presidential candidate debates – border
security, building a fence, ridding America of uninvited ‘guests’ and
either Border Patrol officers getting killed/injured or put in jail
for doing their job – because the Mexican government complains. Tell
me that something is not wrong when our President discusses with the
Mexican president things like whether or not we should build a fence
and other matters pertaining to our homeland security. Tell me that I
have been overreacting when I claim that America is being invaded and
infiltrated – not just by religious fanatic, terrorist, Islamic
fascists; but invaded by Mexico
